Meet the Team

At Hickory Ridge we are determined to find people-oriented employees that are dedicated to the care and wellbeing of our residents. Our team is the foundation of our Culture of Care. This past year has shown many difficulties and we wanted to give our families the opportunity to get to the know the faces behind the masks that are caring for their loved ones at Hickory Ridge.

This week we would like to introduce our Therapy Program Director, Brad Lemmon. Brad is beloved by all of our residents. A day doesn't go by without one of our residents asking for his assistance even outside of therapy room. No matter what the task, Brad is always there willing to lend a hand.


_{Brad Lemmon - Therapy Program Director}

"My name is Brad Lemmon. I am the Therapy Program Director at Hickory Ridge. I am a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant and have been working in therapy for 7 years. While in college I changed my major to OT following a snowboard accident that tore my ACL resulting in surgery and physical therapy to recover. I love what I do as well as being a part of the IDT team here at Hickory Ridge.

Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my wife, Sarah and our daughters Olivia (4) and Charlotte (1). In the summer we like to walk to the park by our house and in winter we enjoy playing video and board games."
